Kime J. Greene, 55, of Des Moines died Monday, June 26, 2017 at Kavanagh House Hospice. Kime chose to be cremated. Her family will celebrate her life at a memorial visitation to be held soon at Iles Grandview Park Funeral Home. The time and day are pending.

Kime was born in Sioux City, IA on April 19, 1962 to James and Joye (Jones) Olander and graduated from Sioux City North High School before moving to Des Moines. She was retired from Iowa Auto Damage Appraisers. She and Bill Greene were married October 31, 2009. Kime enjoyed riding Harleys, crafting and watching HGTV. She will be remembered as a happy, energetic woman who made people feel welcome and loved.

She was devoted to her family. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Bill Greene; two sons, Jaymes (Randji) and Beau (Katie) Savage; step children, Deanna (Aaron) Trunnel, Shaun (Brianna) Greene and Tim Greene; grandchildren, Jayce Hill, JaeLynn Savage, Marlee Trunnel and Coen Trunnel; mother, Joye Thompson; and sister, Tina (Tim) Kobes; uncle, Russ Blackford and other extended family members and friends.
